How can I be sure that I am buying from a secure shop?

Our shipping charges?
Domestic orders are sent via UPS Ground. Orders are sent out within 48 hours.
Orders may take up to 3 to 5 business days to be delivered.
(Depending on region of the U.S.).
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on the number of items in
your order.

1. We do not pay rent for retail space nor do we have the other
expenses that come with it. We can, therefore, afford to sell our products at a
much cheaper price than other stores.
2. We buy and sell in large volumes - thus saving on each product's price,
and passing it on to the customer.

Does CrazyPerfume.com sell copies, old and/or used products?
We do not carry or sell any imitations, knock offs, old, or used items.
The quality of our products is equal to what you will find at the department stores.
The only knock you'll get is our knock out prices!
Can I have my order delivered to a post office box?
Yes, we deliver packages to post office boxes.
Also we deliver to APO/FPO Military Addresses, please read following question.
Do You Ship To APO/FPO Military Addresses?
Yes, we can ship to APO/FPO military addresses with no problem! We have shipped many of orders to military addresses and many more every day. The shipping fees are the same as if you are shipping to the USA... not higher!
How long will it take before orders are processed and shipped?
US and Canada orders are sent via UPS. Orders are sent out on business
days (Monday-Friday), usually within 24 hours, 48 hours maximum from the time
the order was received (depending on how long it takes to confirm your payment).
The time of arrival of your order depends on the shipping method you select.
Our built in calculator lets you know exactly what types of shipping method
are available to your area and what would be the cost of each one.
What is your return policy?
We firmly believe that each and every customer of ours should be completely
satisfied both with our products and our quick and safe order process.
We offer a 30 day no questions, no hassle money back guarantee (please note that $4.99 shipping fee will be charged to your account.). If, for any reason,
you would like to return or exchange your purchase, you may do so within 30 days
from the date of purchase. Product should be unopened and in its original package.
You may exchange your item(s) for different item(s), or request a full refund of the
purchase price plus any applicable sales tax. Please note that the shipping fee
will be charged to your account.
Any returns / exchanges that are in non-saleable / original condition
will not receive a refund and will be reshipped back to the original
recipient at the recipient's expense.
When returning a product, please email us first at sales@crazyperfume.com
with your reason for the return so that we can expedite the return processing.
If you paid by credit card, the debited amount will be returned to the card number.
If a fragrance is damaged during shipment, please store the
fragrance in a safe place and contact us immediately to file a claim at UPS.
Please note that it is very important for you to retain the damaged product in order
to file the claim.
We will replace a product if defected, or errors or mistakes were

Sales Tax?
CrazyPerfume.com is a New York-based company and therefore required
by State law to collect 8.625% sales tax on all orders shipped within New York.
All orders outside of New York are exempt from sales tax.
All orders, within United States, will be shipped via UPS from our New York,
NY distribution center. Orders are processed daily Monday thru Friday during normal
business hours (10:00 am - 7:30 pm, except Saturday & Sunday and statutory Holidays).
Shipping charge is non-refundable for the following packages: Returned Packages;
Unclaimed Packages; or Undeliverable Packages. If it is our shipping error the charge is refundable.
Customs and Duties (International shipments only)?
Each country has a different set of rules regarding regulations and
percentages charged on goods crossing the border. We sell the goods free of sales and
export tax when shipped outside the USA. It is the responsibility of the customer to
take care of import duties and taxes for their respective countries, if there is any.
We assume no responsibility for those extra charges.
